who are we?
Mike and Jessica. We have both been long-time Jeep owners and finally decided we wanted something different.

why are we doing this?
why not? it is rumored there are less than 2,000 Pinzgauers in the United States. Since we plan to take lots of trips and do lots of things with our Pinz, we thought it would be a great opportunity to share with everyone.

what is that thing?
a 1979 Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer. We purchased our Pinzgauer in June of 2010. We are only the second American owner. For more information about our Pinz, check out the 'about our pinz' section.

what's in store for our Pinz?
Our trips to Big Bend and Silverton this year were postponed due to the addition of a precious little boy to our family. Wyatt joined us on July 16, 2011 and we will be back on the road soon. In May 2011, we purchased a 1984 M1009 Blazer from Government Liquidators. We will add our trip photos in the CUCV here also while we figure out how to fit a car seat into the Pinzgauer.
